Following a successful career with the Del Web Corporation, Iacobelli has spent the last 20 years leading DIA, Inc.; a management consulting firm focused on corporate finance, turn-around, and financial engineering. Dirck is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received his MBA from the Tuck School of Business.

Nicko, a recent Arizona State University graduate, brings experience in data analytics, finance, and management, graduating with honors from ASU’s Barrett School of Business. Nicko brings an intense discipline, work ethic, and entrepreneurial spirit to the 5150 team, helping develop the right culture at 5150. With a background in competitive golf, Nicko adds a competitive yet cooperative aspect to the team while focusing on granular details of data research, digital strategy design, and lead generation.
Onboard since inception, Philip uses his intuitive nature to explore and understand emerging digital technology to help lead the 5150 team. With an undergraduate degree in business management and an entrepreneurial passion, Philip compliments the team well with strong ideation, strategy, and energy.
Currently enrolled in Arizona State University’s Graphic Information Technology program, Scott manages the graphical needs of 5150 and its clients, focusing on print and social media. Married with three children, Scott enjoys volunteering for the community, specifically by leading music at his church, bitcoin mining, competitive video games, pop culture, and songwriting.

Matt has built an enviable reputation for his expertise in designing and managing fund sales and distribution. Following a successful decade as Head of Distribution for Deutsche Bank Securities, Matt was recruited to ProShare Advisors, where he helped lead the firm from $1b to $38b in AuM.
Recognized nationally, Ethan is a respected, accomplished, networked private banker. A four-time track and field All-American selection at Georgetown, Ethan was honored with the prestigious Robert A. Duffey award, presented each year to the Georgetown senior who best exhibits academic and athletic excellence.
Mike is currently a senior managing director at Magnus Financial Group, a NY-based RIA. Mike has held senior positions with US Trust, ING Barings, Bear Stearns, and Merrill Lynch. Mike was an investor and original partner at Dynasty Financial Partners, where he served on the Board of Directors and was head of Private Wealth Management. Mike graduated from Columbia University in 1980 with a BA in History and was a two-sport all Ivy Athlete.
Mr. Steffens spent 38 years at Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., serving on the board from April 1986 until July 2001. During his tenure at ML, Mr. Steffens held senior positions, including President of Merrill Lynch Consumer Markets, Vice Chairman of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., and Chairman of its US Private Client Group. Notably, he is credited with growing the Private Client Group from $200 billion in AUM to $1.6 trillion.

After selling ACT!, Sullivan started SalesLogix and led the firm through a successful IPO, eventually re-acquiring ACT! and selling the entire firm to Sage Group plc.
